Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry readings to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS Tele or Med-Surg experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-acuity patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Skilled in patient assessment, wound care, and IV therapy
• Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities
