Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene as needed to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 1 year recent MS/Tele experience
• Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR)
