Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care support in the MICU
• Administer emergency interventions using BLS and ACLS protocols
• Assess stroke patients with NIHSS
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Document patient care accurately
• Maintain sterile environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience in ICU or critical care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
