Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents' mobility and comfort through positioning and transfers
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work evening shifts in a fast-paced setting
