Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Travel
Location: Claremont, New Hampshire
Start Date: 07-24-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, evening shift
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents' mobility and comfort through positioning and transfers
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Valid LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evening shifts in a fast-paced setting
