Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Nights
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced technology
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe deliveries
- Educate and support families through every stage of the birthing process
- Respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
- Minimum 2 years of Level 2 Labor & Delivery experience
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Labor & Delivery protocols and AWHONN standards
- Ability to interpret fetal monitoring strips with confidence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays on night shift
