Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced technology
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe deliveries
• Educate and support families through every stage of the birthing process
• Respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• Minimum 2 years of Level 2 Labor & Delivery experience
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of Labor & Delivery protocols and AWHONN standards
• Ability to interpret fetal monitoring strips with confidence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays on night shift
