Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures including Y90, prostate embolism, tunneled catheter placements, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
• Operate Philips IR Table and utilize Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with a skilled team of 8 staff members in a fast-paced special procedures unit
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures and patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency coverage

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Neuro experience is a must for this role
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in Meditech and Philips IR Table
• Skilled in Y90, prostate embolism, tunneled catheter, thoracentesis, and paracentesis procedures
• Ability to adapt quickly to a busy unit and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent patient care and safety awareness
