Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and preventive procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care techniques
• Document patient care and maintain accurate dental records
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants for comprehensive treatment
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience as a dental hygienist preferred, but new grads welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures including scaling and root planing
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Attention to detail with strong clinical judgment
• Comfortable using dental software for patient records
