Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and at-home care techniques
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and comfort
• Work efficiently in half-hour appointment blocks to keep care on schedule

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• A passion for patient education and preventive care
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal care
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Skill in using dental tools and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction
