Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental hygiene care to patients in 30-minute appointment slots
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and at-home care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Collaborate with the dentist and a dedicated dental assistant to ensure smooth patient flow
• Document patient care and maintain accurate dental charts
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
