Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist our pediatric dentist in delivering gentle, kid-friendly dental care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to keep things running smoothly
• Sterilize instruments and ensure a clean, safe environment for our tiny patients
• Comfort and reassure children before and during their procedures
• Take and process dental X-rays while keeping patients calm and happy
• Educate kids and parents on fun, simple dental hygiene tips

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Dental Assistant certification or meets Wisconsin state licensure requirements
• Champion of positivity with a knack for connecting with children
• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus (pediatric experience even better!)
• Current CPR/BLS certification is preferred
• Ability to work a short evening shift and make a lasting impact

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental instruments and sterilization best practices
• Proficiency in taking dental X-rays
• Knowledge of pediatric dental care approaches
• Comfort with electronic dental records and scheduling software
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with children and parents
