Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch occupational therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate with an incredible therapy team to create personalized treatment plans
- Help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Maintain a productive and positive environment with a 92% productivity expectation
Qualifications
- Active COTA license in New Mexico or compact eligible
- 1-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting
- CPR certification preferred
- Must be able to wear black scrubs as dress code
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy for geriatric populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rehabilitative environment
