Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with care
• Provide comfort and reassurance to young patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-visit care
• Manage dental supplies and keep the office organized

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or registration in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and patient records
• Skill in taking dental radiographs
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive, patient-centered attitude
