Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct and indirect care under RN or LVN supervision
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build meaningful connections through professional and respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certificate required
- BLS AHA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in skilled nursing
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active California CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Direct resident care and personal assistance
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Professional communication with residents, staff, and families
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
