Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients with daily activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing and patient care principles
• Skilled in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Adaptable to different patient needs and care settings
