Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterile field setup before each procedure
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during surgeries
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout surgical procedures
• Monitor and restock sterile supplies and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to aseptic technique

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile processing
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
