Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and safety
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Empathy and a positive attitude when caring for others
