Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and eating
• Partner with nurses and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
• Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold all facility policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to pass background checks as required
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and techniques
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
• Skill in using electronic health records and documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
