Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Shift 2, 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM (30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents in daily activities
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with personal hygiene, feeding, and grooming
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and uphold infection control practices
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, dignified care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current state or federal ID for facility badging
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Ability to work per diem/as-needed shifts
- Compassion and dedication to resident care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in changing situations
- Teamwork and collaboration in a healthcare setting
