Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support nursing staff by monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient condition
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in documentation and observation
• Empathy and a positive attitude in challenging situations
