Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-acuity emergency care to patients with stroke, STEMI, sepsis, chest pain, and behavioral health conditions
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms using Phillips monitors
• Administer IV drips including insulin, cardiac, sedation, and critical drips
• Triage patients in a fast-paced emergency department with a supportive 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Collaborate with ED physicians, mid-levels, and techs to ensure the best outcomes
• Float across Region I facilities when needed, bringing your expertise where it matters most

Qualifications

• Active RN license (BSN not required)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum one year of emergency department experience
• Experience caring for behavioral health patients
• Prior travel experience (1-2 assignments) preferred
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• EPIC charting experience preferred
