Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations on adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, including ER cases
• Support MRI procedures with sedation and general anesthesia while ensuring patient safety
• Perform MRI exams on patients with conditional pacemakers and MRI breast imaging
• Operate Siemens Espree, Siemens Trio, and GE Architect MRI equipment with precision
• Provide CT and X-ray coverage when working night shifts, applying cross-training skills
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams in a fast-paced acute care environment

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• CT and X-ray experience required for night shift coverage
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the 50-mile radius rule
• Must not be employed, full-time, part-time, or PRN, with CommonSpirit-affiliated facilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with Siemens and GE MRI systems
• Skilled in EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS
• Knowledge of MRI safety protocols for sedated and pacemaker patients
• Ability to perform CT and X-ray exams for night coverage
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
