Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition, reporting to nursing staff
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Valid state or federal issued identification
• Ability to wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care
• Comfortable working night shifts and per diem schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care and geriatric needs
• Skill in monitoring vital signs and observing changes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping
