Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to those who need it most
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support nursing staff by monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
• Experience is welcome, but a positive attitude is a must

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in documenting patient information
• Empathy and patience in all interactions
