Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and team members
• Assist with meals and feeding, documenting intake and output
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
