Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record patient status and vital signs accurately
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and rehabilitation activities as directed
- Document care and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Collaborate with therapists and nurses to help patients progress toward goals
Qualifications
- Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Available for assignment from 2026-04-01 through 2026-05-06
- Able to work Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Local to Albuquerque, NM (LOCAL ONLY) and eligible to work at the facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal communication
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe patient handling
- Reliable documentation and attention to detail
- Teamwork in a rehabilitation setting and follow-through on care plans
- Stamina and time-management for long day shifts
