Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12 hour shifts; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Rotating shifts including weekends (4 weekend shifts during a schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform remote surveillance of cardio-pulmonary rhythms
Recognize and record potentially dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias
Follow established standards and procedures
Notify local RN staff of changes in cardiac rhythm and arrhythmias
Improve patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

2 years of recent related work experience
Graduation from an accredited program with EKG Interpretation
Pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam
Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment

Education

Accredited program with EKG Interpretation
3 months of education may be waived for strong candidates

Knowledge & Skills

EKG Interpretation
Cardiac Rhythm Recognition
Remote patient monitoring
Communication and notification protocols
