Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-clinical services and logistics across multidisciplinary teams
• Support program implementation and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Manage documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements
• Communicate clearly with providers and patients to facilitate smooth care transitions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and privacy standards
• Assist in scheduling, referrals, and administrative tasks to keep operations moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred
• Experience in behavioral health, case management, care coordination, or a related non-clinical role is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with electronic documentation and basic office software
• Ability to pass background checks and meet onboarding requirements
• Customer-focused attitude with solid organizational skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
• Associate degree or relevant experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with behavioral health program workflows and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA-related practices

This 6-month contract places you in Music City.
