Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical staff during procedures
Prepare and maintain operating room equipment
Ensure sterile environment for surgeries
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality care

Qualifications

Surgical Tech certification
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in OR setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Surgical Tech program or certification

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical technology
Operating room procedures
Medical terminology
Sterilization and disinfection techniques
