Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Document services accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Adapt treatment strategies to meet evolving patient needs and progress.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced post‑acute setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving patient needs and treatment plans.
Education
- MS/MA in Speech‑Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
- Ability to develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
- Documentation skills in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork.
- Infection control and safety protocol adherence.
