Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare treatment rooms and set up orthodontic appliances
• Record patient data and update charts accurately
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow
• Provide patient education on appliance care and oral hygiene
• Support surgical procedures when needed
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assisting certification preferred
• Experience in orthodontics or general dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
