Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes
• Educate patients and families on care procedures
• Document all nursing interventions accurately

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
