Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid California license
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours
