Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterile
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant with experience in orthodontics
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid state dental assistant license (MD)
