Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
• Valid state or federal ID and photo badge at all times
• Completed COVID‑19 vaccination or documented exemption
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
