Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient care
• Prepare treatment materials and equipment
• Manage patient records and charting
• Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control
• Support orthodontic procedures and appliance adjustments
• Ensure a comfortable and welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assisting certification preferred
• Experience in orthodontics or general dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental instruments and equipment handling
• Orthodontic appliance knowledge
• Infection control and sterilization procedures
• Patient charting and record keeping
• Basic orthodontic procedures and adjustments
