Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced transplant surgery setting
Utilize proficient MediTech and Microsoft skills to manage patient data and communicate with healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in clinic days and assess patients as needed

Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS certification required
1 year of experience in a similar setting
Transplant experience preferred but not required
Experience with United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) a plus

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in MediTech and Microsoft applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
