Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during orthopedic and spine procedures with precision and care
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for total joint replacements
- Support patients through safe and successful surgical experiences
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Maintain sterile technique and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of orthopedic surgery experience
- Experience with spine surgery and total joint replacements
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic Surgery procedures
- Spine Surgery techniques
- Total Joint Replacement expertise
- Mako Robotic System experience
- Strong attention to detail in the OR
