Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals
• Infection control practices
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Empathy and patience in a fast-paced environment
