Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Support patients with meals and hydration needs
• Document care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Basic medical terminology
• Empathy and patience when working with diverse patient populations
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and assisting patients
