Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to create care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• At least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and triage protocols
• Comfortable with electronic health record systems
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient volumes and acuity
