Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and administer medications
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Valid government-issued ID for facility access

• Effective communication and teamwork
