Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent dental hygiene care including cleanings and patient education
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• CPR certification required
• Previous experience in a dental setting preferred but not required
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
