Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess and respond to patient needs promptly and effectively
Educate patients and families to promote recovery and wellness
Contribute to a healing environment in a community-focused hospital

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire
Med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment skills
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in med/surg patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of electronic health records
Adaptability in a fast-paced unit
Attention to detail for safe medication administration
