Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in need
Quickly assess and stabilize critical conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Triage and prioritize in fast-paced ED environment
Advocate for patients during high-stakes moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ED/ER experience preferred to hit the ground running
Strong clinical skills in emergency settings

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and assessment
Proficiency with life-saving interventions
Excellent decision-making under pressure
Compassionate patient communication
Team collaboration in high-volume settings
