Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Triage effectively to prioritize life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families during vulnerable moments
Champion patient safety and quality outcomes in the ED

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications
ED or emergency nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and assessment
Proficiency with ED protocols and equipment
Excellent communication under pressure
Team collaboration in fast-paced settings
