Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in need
Assess and triage urgent cases with precision and speed
Collaborate with the ED team to stabilize and treat
Monitor patient conditions and respond to critical changes
Advocate for patients during high-pressure moments
Contribute to a healing environment one shift at a time

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Emergency Department or ER nursing experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Emergency response and triage expertise
Excellent patient communication
Team collaboration under pressure
Knowledge of ED protocols and procedures
