Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch care for our tiniest patients
Oversee daily operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient outcomes
Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive and high-performing unit environment
Assess and manage critical neonatal cases, making impactful decisions that save lives
Champion patient safety and family-centered care in a fast-paced, rewarding setting

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
NICU experience with proven leadership skills
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neonatal intensive care
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making
Compassionate communication with families and staff
