Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch care for our tiniest patients
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient outcomes
- Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive and high-performing unit environment
- Assess and manage critical neonatal cases, making impactful decisions that save lives
- Champion patient safety and family-centered care in a fast-paced, rewarding setting
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- NICU experience with proven leadership skills
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in neonatal intensive care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making
- Compassionate communication with families and staff
