Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs to ensure timely treatment
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered
• Assist with minor procedures and wound care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in urgent care, ER, or acute care a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
