Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and cleanings to patients
• Perform periodontal therapy and supportive maintenance treatments
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and prevention
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a positive patient experience
• Maintain strict infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient-relation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new practice environment
• A caring, professional approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques, instruments, and radiography
• Skill in patient education and motivational interviewing
• Comfortable with electronic health records and dental software
• Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality care
