Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care in the Post-Care Unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor patient progress and update charts
• Educate patients and families on care plans

Qualifications

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute or post-acute care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
